I led the parital redesign of a Fortune 500 company's support portal, transforming a complex system into an intuitive platform serving hundreds of thousands of users. The core challenge was reimagining how enterprise-level support could be delivered through a digital interface while maintaining scalability and consistency across a vast organization with multiple products.
