Scillicit
I led the strategic redesign of Scillicit's platform, transforming a technically-focused incentive management system into a user-centered solution that streamlines how car manufacturers deploy financing incentives. As the principal designer, I bridged the gap between the CEO's vision and a previously engineering-driven approach by implementing comprehensive UX research, journey mapping, and user testing—ultimately creating an intuitive platform that optimizes the deployment of OEM incentives while addressing critical user needs the original system overlooked.

Research Informed Strategy
Facing a product developed primarily by engineers with minimal user consideration, I initiated a focused research sprint to align the platform with actual user needs. I led workshops with stakeholders to develop comprehensive journey maps and user personas specific to manufacturer workflows, establishing a strategic foundation that had been missing. This approach revealed critical gaps between the algorithmic capabilities and practical deployment needs, allowing me to reorient development priorities toward solving real user problems while maintaining the technical vision for optimizing incentive management.
UX Audit
I conducted a thorough audit of existing UX site maps to identify structural issues preventing effective incentive deployment management. My documentation revealed significant usability barriers in the engineering-led design, including accessibility limitations and workflow inefficiencies. By evaluating the existing structure against the founder's vision, I created modified site maps that maintained the platform's technical strengths while introducing intuitive navigation and management capabilities—transforming how manufacturers interact with incentive deployment without compromising algorithmic sophistication.
Prototype Testing
Taking ownership of the design process, I developed a progression from paper wireframes to interactive prototypes that reimagined how manufacturers engage with incentive management. I created testing protocols to validate my design decisions with actual users, ensuring the platform effectively addressed their needs while fulfilling the CEO's vision. My iterative approach allowed us to refine interactions and workflows before development, resulting in a streamlined experience that significantly improved how incentives are deployed and managed—creating measurable efficiency gains in the car sales process.
